  • Praise Point:  At many conferences we are hearing how Create International's resources have blessed workers around the world. Many tell us how these tools have helped unreached people to come to Christ.  We are on our way to Singapore to resource teams for the Go Festival.
  • Pray for us as we create forums, relationships on the field, and training opportunities towards the 20/20 Vision - a contextual audio-visual gospel presentation for every Least Evangelised Mega People (LEMP) by the year 20/20

  • Prayer points
    1) Pray for good communication with our field partners and also as a team as we do post production of Gods Way project and the  Sikh Documentary,
    2) Pray for a spirit of wisdom and revelation on all our staff - that we will have insight as we pioneer new media and learn new programs.
    3) Pray for the transition period for Create Perth- in the area of leadership and staff. That we would keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith!
  • Praise Points
1)We have been so blessed to see very specific answers to prayer!  We needed a musician to make music for the God's Way project and the day we prayed and cried out to the Lord. Tim approached me that night and said he felt Gods leading to come and make music at Create!  We also have seen God provide an editor when we needed one and also a new student who is going to help with Aftereffects, which all came after we fervently prayed!  Thank you Lord!

  • Praise points:

    1)  We are delighted in our new final cut server.  It has been a great way to organize footage and to be able to find clips easily.  No more passing around hard drives and copying footage so that one more person can use it. We are also on target with our projects.
  • Prayer points:

    1)  Keep praying that we can "see" the stories clearly and put out the best possible in terms of editing, music, visual elements, heart etc.

  • Pray for dynamic impartation and efficient administration as we train media missionaries in our two exciting schools:  the School of Frontier Media, as well as the pioneering the School of Cartooning and Animation for Missions.
  • Distribution - Pray that the seeds from the recent Shan EV showing will remain on fertile soil, and the Lord of the Harvest will use our partners working among the Shan to help grow their faith.
  • Pray for effective distribution of  evangelistic films among the Kyrgyz peoples especially during a time of political unrest in Kyrgyzstan
  • Pray for readiness to share in a culturally relevant way, as short-term teams interact with many Zhuang hearing and seeing the gospel for the first time!
  • New Final Cut Server, HD footage, and new software applications - pray for finances needed for smooth integration as we changeover or upgrade tools to improve production work flow at our locations, optimizing time & resources.

Isaiah 62:1-7 (words replaced by Sarah)

:1  I, prayer partner for Create, will speak out to encourage Create.  I will not be silent until they save those who are lost, until their victories among the the unreached shines like a torch in the night.  :2 Create, the nations will see you are victorious!  And their kings will see your glory. The unreached will be called by a new name, a name given by the Lord himself. :3  You will be like a beautiful crown for the Lord. :4  No longer will the unreached be called forsaken, or the deserted.  Their new name will be "God is pleased with them" and their land "happily married"  Because the Lord is pleased with them, and will be like a husband to their land. :5 God delight in you Create. :6 On your walls I have placed sentries; they must never be silent day or night.  They must remind the Lord of his promises and never let him forget them.  :7 They must give him no rest until he restores the unreached nations and make their cities a place that praises the Lord.

Joy Dawson DVD's with teachings on Prayer

How do you eat a whole elephant?  Bit by bit!  How do I clear a snooker table?  Ball by ball... How do I cover 40 important prayer topics for one ministry? Day by day on a regular basis :-)

I usually pray through the prayer points for 30 minutes. I start with 15 minutes, trying to keep it only to 3-4 points at most per prayer session.  I ask the Lord what He has to say about the first point before I jump to the next one, and so on.  Its like playing snooker - I sink the yellow ball  first before I go on to blue ball... if the yellow ball is not sunk, I don’t move on to quick to the other points...  I want to feel how I “finish” praying in the spirit before I move to the next point.  It is a simple discipline to linger a little bit longer and to wait for God to speak specifics,  but is has great value.

Keeping note every morning (or night) as I pray is very important.   (I bought a nice new book in January and it feels great. ;-)
Example:  I have been praying for the Create SFM school every Tuesday but I  “keep the snooker game going”  meaning:  I keep going back to the last prayer notes I had for Tuesday/Schools the previous week and I kept shooting the "yellow ball" and finally I could move on to "the blue ball" meaning another topic related to the school.
I did not hop-skip and jump on points but strategically waited on God to finish talking about what He said the last week.
